Reserving a place at Poppies

Registration at Poppies: Should you wish to proceed in registering for a place at Poppies, please download a Registration form and return it completed to the nursery of your choice, at which time subject to availability an offer in writing will be sent to you. A registration fee of £50.00 will be payable to secure a place.
Refundable Deposit
On accepting a place at Poppies a refundable deposit of £250.00 will be required before your child starts. This will be deducted from your last month's bill subject to the normal notice period of one calendar month (see terms & conditions) and that there are no outstanding fees. Should there be a reduction in a child's attendance or a child leaving, this can only occur on the last day of the month and a minimum of one month's notice is required in writing.
Payment
All fees are payable monthly in advance by direct debit (on or by the first of each month). We welcome siblings at Poppies and offer a 10% discount on the oldest child's fees. (providing your children attend for the minimum required sessions). There are also other savings that can be made in terms of your childcare fees. Poppies is registered with various childcare voucher companies who can establish links allowing your employers to pay the nursery fees direct enabling you to have significant personal savings. Examples of various companies who manage these schemes and are completely independent to Poppies are Accor, Computershare and Sodexo to name a few. As a parent you may also be eligible for child tax credit towards registered childcare via vouchers.
